About Kyzen
Kyle Loesner (AKA Kyzen) is a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist as well as an experienced martial artist in Qigong, Kung Fu, and Tai Chi. It was his unique background in these fields that he realized the incomplete nature of exercise science, the power martial arts, and how the synergy of these two fields can complement each other in a way that can fully maximize what the human body is capable of. Why is it that professional athletes around the world with the best of exercise science at their disposal still get injured? How is it possible that monks can live until 120 years old? Why does it seem like people that are unhappy or stressed get sick more frequently than those who aren't? These are the types of questions Kyzen has pondered for years and finally not only has he found the answers, but he is ready to share and teach the world.
About our logo
The Kyzen logo is a symbol in reference to the core values of what Kyzen believes in. The dragon is a symbol of good fortune, strength, health, and transformation which is part of the reason why Kyzen named his lifestyle/workout program Kyzen: Dragon Style. The dragon has its tail touching water and breathing fire on opposite ends to represent the strength (fire) that one can obtain through achieving internal peace (water). Lastly, the cherry blossoms on either side of the dragon signify Spring (a time of renewal) and the fleeting nature of life. Thus, in its totality those who sport the Kyzen logo are sending a message to the world that they understand we only have one life and in that they wish to strive to become the happiest, healthiest, and strongest version of themselves they can be.
